Called Jerel 9-30-24. He came next day, diagnosed and fixed problem with fridge. He should me what was wrong in case it ever happened again. I misunderstood charge and over paid. He contacted me same day to return overpayment $$. Very clean & knowledgeable. Highly Recommend.

My Frigidaire oven stopped working all of a sudden a few days ago. I went online and called a few folx who charged diagnostic fees in addition to exorbitant labor and parts. NOT Jerel! In his bio, he mentions providing service like he would want for his mother. That spoke to me and I'm so glad I contacted him. Jerel is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and down-to-earth. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and returned within 2 days. He repaired my stove within 10 minutes. It was the easiest and most pleasant home repair EVER! Don't call anyone else.
