Can't say enough good things about Jerel and JL Appliance. Our refrigerator stopped working one day and Jerel answered our inquiry right away and managed to diagnose the issue after a few texts. Once the new part arrived Jerel worked to accommodate our schedule to repair the refrigerator right away and went out of his way to get the job done. Jerel is incredibly responsive and personable and we wholeheartedly recommend him.

Jerel is the best! He was on time, professional, and super helpful. He was able to diagnose and fix our LG dryer quickly and walked us through the whole process. He is fairly priced and even looked at our ice maker while he was here, fixing that too of course. I will be calling him for all our appliance needs and referring him to our friends

The drain pump on our washer went, and he quoted a fair price that night, and came out the next day with an OEM part for the replacement. He also noticed an issue with our dryer rollers, and we had him come back and replace those - the dryer was making a thumping sound that has gone away. He came when he said he would, and did the work quickly and cleanly.

Jerel is one of the most honest repair guys that I have met. I first talked to him over the phone about my broken washer in mid-2023. He struck me with his sincerity and honesty back then. Months later, I called him to check out my fridge. He came over the next day, punctual for the appointment and communicative throughout the process. He gave me a substantial discount of his service call charge because the broken part is no longer sold in market. Jerel said that he came to fix my fridge, and because he was not able to fix it due to part issue, he won't charge me the full price of a service call. I was caught in surprise by his kind gesture.

I called for repair of my refrigerator. It wasn't cooling. He came promptly and diagnosed the problem. He is fair with his pricing and very knowledgeable about fixing the problem. It was an old refrigerator and the part was no longer available. He said we could get a used part on Ebay but we ended up getting a new refrigerator. I appreciated his honesty.
